Specification, installation, managed print and on-site repair for business printer fleets — from a single workgroup device to a multi-site estate.
Specification, installation, consumables and repair for business printer fleets — one team, one contract, one number to call.
Whether that is four devices in one office or four hundred across a dozen sites, the job is the same: nobody should be thinking about the printer.
We start by measuring what your teams actually print, then fix the estate around that — which is why the savings usually arrive before the new hardware does.
An engineer walks the floor and reads the meters. You get a device-by-device picture: age, monthly volume, colour ratio, cost per page and the queue each one serves. Most estates have two or three devices doing 80% of the work and a long tail doing almost nothing at a much higher cost per page.
Meter readings and true cost per page, per device
Colour vs mono split by department
A right-sizing plan with the devices to keep, move and retire
A finance team printing statements and a design studio proofing artwork need different machines, and neither needs the one the brochure is pushing. We specify against duty cycle, finishing, paper handling and the real cost of running it for five years — then quote it against the alternatives.
Duty cycle sized to real monthly volume, with headroom
Finishing, trays and paper sizes matched to the work
Five-year cost of ownership, not just the purchase price
Delivery, siting, network configuration, driver deployment and secure release printing where you use it. We set up scan-to-email and scan-to-folder, join the devices to your directory, and hand over with the queues already on the machines that need them.
Static addressing, VLAN and firewall rules agreed in advance
Driver packages pushed to your endpoints, not installed desk by desk
Badge or PIN release printing, and scan destinations tested
Old devices removed and wiped, with a certificate for the drives
The fleet reports its own levels, so toner ships automatically to the site that needs it. Billing is per page on a single monthly invoice, split by department if you need it that way, and you stop holding a cupboard of stock for a device you retired last year.
Automatic toner replenishment, per site
One invoice, per page, split by cost centre on request
Quarterly reporting on volume, cost and device health
Empties collected and recycled under the same contract
Most faults are cleared remotely the same hour. When one needs hands, an engineer comes out — four-hour response on the priority tier, next business day as standard — carrying the parts your specific models fail on. Loan units cover anything that has to go back to the workshop.
Remote diagnosis first, so most tickets never need a visit
Four-hour or next-business-day on-site response
Parts stocked against your models, not ordered on the day
Loan device while a machine is away
Most estates start with the audit. If you already know what you need, skip to the part that is actually blocking you.
An engineer reads your meters and comes back with the right-sizing plan and the true cost per page.
Browse business printers and multifunction devices with specifications, pricing and running costs side by side.
Per-page billing, automatic consumables and quarterly reporting across every site you run.
On-site cover for the fleet you already own, whoever you bought it from.
A few details are enough to come back with an indicative right-sizing and a cost-per-page comparison. No obligation, and no engineer turns up unannounced.
A named engineer for your account, not a call queue
Written response within one working day
Cover for devices you already own, whoever supplied them
No lock-in on the audit
Helps us work out whether this needs one engineer or a regional team.
An estimate is fine — the audit measures it properly.
Yes. Most of the fleets we take on were bought elsewhere. We survey what is there, tell you which devices are worth covering and which are past the point where a contract makes sense, and cover the ones that are.
Per page, on one monthly invoice, with mono and colour priced separately. Toner, parts, labour and on-site visits are included in that rate — the only thing you buy separately is paper.
Remote diagnosis starts the same working hour, and clears most faults without a visit. Where an engineer is needed, the standard tier is next business day on site and the priority tier is four working hours.
Yes. Consumables ship per site, reporting rolls up to a single view with a breakdown by location, and each site has its own response times if they need to differ — a warehouse label printer and a head-office MFD are rarely equally urgent.
We remove them as part of the installation. Any device with storage is wiped to standard and you get a certificate; the rest goes to a licensed recycler. Anything with resale value is credited against the new fleet.
Managed print is normally 36 or 48 months, matched to the life of the hardware. Repair-only cover for a fleet you already own runs annually. The audit itself commits you to nothing.
Start with the audit. It takes an engineer half a day and it is the only way to find out what the estate is really costing you.
